Incomplete or Incorrect Product Received?
If you discover immediately upon receipt that you have received an incomplete or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours. We will then send you the correct or missing product and arrange for the incorrect product to be returned at our expense.
Return Period
You can exchange or return your order within 14 working days. You must fill out the return form and include it with your return shipment. The return period starts the day after you receive your order. During the withdrawal period, we kindly ask you to take proper care of the product and its packaging. You may only unpack and test the product to the extent necessary to assess its suitability.
Status of Returned Item
Once we have received your return shipment, you will receive an email confirmation and, if applicable, your credit note. We will only process returns that include the return form. You can download and print the return form here.
If you have already made payments to RuplaTec, RuplaTec will refund the amount as soon as possible, and in any case, within 14 days after the return of the products.
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Items specially made or processed to your specifications
- Custom-made items

Transport Damage
First and foremost, it is important that you never accept a damaged package. If the carrier delivers a damaged package to you, you can refuse the product and contact our customer service within 24 hours via phone: 078 699 14 14 or email: info@ruplatec.com.
If you do accept the package and the product turns out to be damaged, you must also contact our customer service within 24 hours for further processing.
TIP:
If you want to accept a damaged package (for example, if the damage appears to be minor, such as a small, shallow scratch on the box), you can note on the receipt that you accepted the package with damage. If it turns out that the product inside the package is also damaged, we can process your request faster. In this case, also contact our customer service within 24 hours.
