Estimate only: actual yield can vary due to cutting kerf/tool thickness (especially on thicker sheets), which may reduce usable dimensions by a few millimeters.

What are FKM rubber strips

FKM rubber strips, often referred to as FKM strips, are cut profiles produced from fluoroelastomer material intended for use in technically demanding environments. The material is designed to maintain its functional properties under conditions involving elevated temperatures and chemical exposure. FKM strips are used where material stability and resistance to degradation are required over extended periods.

When to use FKM rubber strips

FKM rubber strips are used in applications where exposure to heat or aggressive substances plays a defining role in material selection. FKM strips are applied when general-purpose rubber materials are not suitable due to limitations in thermal or chemical resistance. The material is chosen for environments where consistent performance is required under continuous operational stress.

Applications of FKM rubber strips

FKM strips are applied in industrial and technical systems that operate under demanding thermal or chemical conditions. FKM rubber strips are commonly used in machinery and process-related equipment where sealing or isolation components are exposed to challenging operating environments. Their use is typically associated with applications that require long-term material reliability and resistance to performance degradation.
