What are PTFE sheets?

PTFE sheets, also referred to as PTFE plastic sheets or Teflon plates, are flat semi-finished products made from polytetrafluoroethylene. PTFE sheet material is widely used in technical and industrial applications where consistent material properties and dimensional accuracy are required.

PTFE sheets cut to size

PTFE sheets can be supplied cut to size according to specification. Teflon plates are available in various thicknesses and formats and can be machined to the required dimensions for further processing or direct use.

Custom-sized PTFE plates are commonly used as base material for machined parts, structural components and technical applications where flat sheet material is required.

Applications of PTFE plastic sheets

PTFE plastic sheets are used in machinery construction, chemical processing, food industry equipment and mechanical engineering. The material is selected for applications where low friction, dimensional stability and chemical resistance are important.
